Helen Singleton

Helen Singleton is a Policy Analyst at RSA, a Public Policy Research and Consulting firm. She provides strategic planning, project management, fund raising, and research services to non-profit organizations and government agencies. Her clients include the California Arts Council, the Missouri Arts Council, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Coro Southern California.

Before joining the firm in 1992, Mrs. Singleton served as Program Manager at UCLA Extension. She is the former Executive Director of Brockman Gallery Productions, a multi-cultural arts organization founded in 1967 to highlight the work of African American artists.

Ms. Singleton served on the Los Angeles Olympic Cultural Commission, and the Los Angeles Olympic Coordinating Committee staff as Cultural Programming Officer.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in fine arts from UCLA, a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis and Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and is an alumna of Coro, a Public Affairs Leadership Training Institute.
